ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the 2nd respondent on 23.07.2015, but the first respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in Current Paper No.307/camp/800/Nppn/2015 has been conducted and the same has been closed on 29.08.2015.
