Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to extend the time granted in CRL.OP (MD) No.21824/2016.
It is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that due to dengue fever, the petitioner was not able to appear before the court to comply the condition imposed by this Court, in CRL.OP(MD) No.21824/2016. In view of the same time is extended for 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
