This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.353 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
