ORDER

This Court in W.P(MD)No.19172 of 2017 by order dated 04.10.2019 directed the second respondent to pay the amount as claimed by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent produced a communication of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2886/2009/A3, dated 22.10.2019 and submitted that as directed by this Court, the amount has been paid towards the bank account of the petitioner.

3.Recording the above communication and the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
