ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.89 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
