This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed and there is no question of harassment. He would submit that in view of closure of the petition, the presence of the petitioner is not required by the respondent police and there will not be any harassment to the petitioner.
4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
