This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.4 of 2013, dated 31.05.2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that S.T.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli has been ended in acquittal on 03.01.2017 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
