: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take necessary steps not to locate the TASMAC shop in the residents place which is situated at Varamangala Nagar, Keelapanangadi, Madurai and directing the respondents to locate the same after 5 km from residential place in the light of petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2020.
