ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to her. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 13.01.2021, submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.73 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits, after giving notice to the private respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
