ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram Dindigul, to take the private complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.08.2015

2. When the matter was posted for admission on 26.10.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and on his request, the matter was posted today (ie., 29.10.2018), Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment. The matter is pending for more than 3-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice.

3. It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to institute a fresh complaint.
