The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of her husband Vairamuthu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. In paragraph No.5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner herself stated that she suspects that Vairamuthu had got an illegal intimacy with the third respondent and she enticed him. Vairamuthu being a major, there is no case of illegal detention. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
