G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to take a Demand Draft to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/- imposed on the petitioner, vide order, dated 05.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is highly impossible to raise such a huge amount. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that while passing the order, dated 05.01.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- on his own volition.
