This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with a civil dispute and consequently not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry except under due process of law. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent herein, the the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed on 12.06.2019.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed not to harass the petitioner.
