RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him in CRL.O.P(MD).No. 1394 of 2017 dated 08.02.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 14.02.2017 and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate.
2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
