The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

Side) submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and therefore, the question of summoning the petitioner or enquiring him does not arise. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
