ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2, 5 and 6 to take immediate action to prevent the sand smuggling and protect the petitioner's land in S.F.No.26 in Patta No.345 in Odaickal Revenue Village, R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that F.I.R in Crime No.29 of 2022 has been registered as against the accused persons for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
