Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R3.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for directing the official respondents not to create further pattas. Such a prayer cannot be maintained. The petitioner cannot expect this Court to act in anticipation. If the order passed by the authority is adverse to the rights of the parties, it is always open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedies.

3. Leaving open all the contentions and remedies of the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
