... Respondent PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Cr.M.P.No.1034 of 2015 dated 21.09.2015.

O R D E R

This application is filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Cr.M.P.No.1034 of 2015 dated 21.09.2015.

2. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., the learned Principal Sessions Judge has directed them to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and sign for a period of one month and thereafter, they should sign once in fortnight for next three months.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying the condition from 24.09.2015 and major https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ part of the investigation is over. It is further submitted that the

petitioners are husband and wife and the first petitioner is suffering from diabetic and heart ailment, for which he is taking treatment at K.S. Health Care Cardiology Centre in Karur and the second petitioner is a home maker and they find it difficult to comply with the condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly since 24.09.2015.

5. Considering the facts, the condition is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
