ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police to not to harass the petitioners.
2. According to the petitioners, the 3rd respondent was running a Hostel, from the year 2011 in the name and style of "Gnanaoli Ladies Hostel" and the 1st petitioner was appointed as Manager and the 2nd petitioner was appointed as Warden of the said Hostel. There is a salary due to the tune of Rs.8,96,000/-(Rupees Eight Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand Only) and these petitioners have requested the 3rd respondent to settle the salary due. But, the 3rd respondent has approached the 2nd respondent police and preferred a complaint against the petitioners on 16.03.2019. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that already a civil suit has been filed and obtained an interim injunction against the 3rd respondent, despite, the 2nd respondent police harassed the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Rama Krishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-1 & 2, on instructions submitted that based on the complaint, enquiry is pending against these petitioners. He further submitted that the 2nd respondent police directed the petitioners to appear for the enquiry on 15.04.2019. But, these petitioners did not turn up for enquiry, instead of approached this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the 2nd respondent police for enquiry and co-operate with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent police not to harass these petitioners during the course of enquiry.
6. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
