ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the petitioner's name in the history sheeted Rowdy in H.S. No. 680 of 2011, by considering his representation dated 27.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before respondent police for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
