2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2022.

3.Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of it expeditiously, within a stipulated time. 4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 2/4

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
