Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a
month ie., on first and third Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and also as and when required, until further orders.
