2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
