The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.204 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tiruenveli is directed to dispose of the trial in C.C.No.204 of 2015 within a reasonable time.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case is posted for trial on 21.06.2019.

4. In the above circumstances, since the trial has already been commenced, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
