ORDER

The petitioner, who is working as B.T.Assistant, has been placed under suspension, by order dated 24.03.2025. Challenging the order of suspension, the present writ petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the order of suspension has been passed on 24.03.2025, the same has not been reviewed by the respondents as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs Union of India [2015 AIR (SC) 2389].

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the respondents have issued a charge memo to the petitioner and also appointed an Enquiry Officer to conduct an enquiry. He further claims that in the event, if the petitioner co-operates for the enquiry, they would conclude the enquiry within a period of one month.

4. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as per GO.Ms.No.81 Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
