O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the 6th respondent in the Writ Petition and it was filed for the relief of issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to take action on the basis of the 1st respondent's representation dated 26.10.2015. This Court vide order dated 08.02.2017 has allowed the Writ Petition directing the first respondent to look into the representation and give a disposal within a period of 15 days. The 6th respondent in the writ petition, alleging that it has not been issued with notice before allowing the writ petition came forward to file this Review Application.

2.The respondent/writ petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the above order, filed contempt petition (MD) No.1941 of 2017 and it was closed on 06.11.2017 with the observation that it was disposed of by the Director of School Education, Chennai - 6 vide order dated 26.10.2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner would submit that in the light of the above development, nothing

remains for further adjudication in this review petition. This Court also heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 also.

4.In the light of the above said development, nothing remains for adjudication in this Review Petition and therefore, it is dismissed. No costs.
