Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the Cr.M.P.No.2340 of 2014 from the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi to the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli or to any other Principal Sessions Court other than Thoothukudi as this Court may deem fit and proper in this circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to transfer the petition in Cr.M.P.No.2340 of 2014 from the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi to the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli filed by the second respondent to cancel the bail granted to the petitioners herein.

2.It is seen from the bail order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4150 of 2014, the petitioners were in released on bail on condition that they shall report before the first respondent police at 09.00 a.m., for a period of 15 days.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that they complied with the conditions and there is no merit in the petition for cancellation of bail granted to the petitioners herein. Therefore, Cr.M.P.No.2340 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, Cr.M.P.No.2340 of 2014 is dismissed. 4.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
