ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court in Cr.No.32 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, would submit that investigation has been conducted by the respondent in Crime No.32 of 2015 and final report has also been filed before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate in S.T.C.No.234 of 2015.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
