ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.Not Kown of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit so far the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police and hence, the enquiry process is pending. He would further submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner.

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
