ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) I.P.C, in Crime No.28 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that he petitioners joined together and hatched the conspiracy and created a false document in respect of survey No.44/4B to an extent of 34 cents and they are enjoyed the same. Hence, the defacto complainant, who is the power of attorney of original owner, had lodged the complaint. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are already granted anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12971 of 2017, on 27.09.2017.
