Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.53 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR. I have been spared the trouble of entering into the merits of the matter. This is because, the defacto complainant through his counsel fairly stated that he has no objection for granting bail to the petitioners herein.

3.Since the defacto complainant has no objection, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits before this Court that they will also not oppose the bail petition. Leaving open the respective contentions of the parties, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to intimate the jurisdictional magistrate court about the passing of this order.
