ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, in Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 09.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 29.06.2015, the accused have kidnapped the daughter of the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged victim is the own uncle's daughter of the petitioner and in this case, he was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14749 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015. However, before furnish sureties he was arrested by the respondent police and he has been in judicial custody for a period of one month.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks.
