ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.227 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Sivagangai to the file of Family Court, Trichy, since the petitioner is residing at Trichy.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband would submit that since the respondent is residing at Chennai, it is also easy for him to attend the hearing at Trichy.

4. In view of the no objection, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.227 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Sivagangai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Trichy, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Sivagangai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Trichy forthwith. The Family Court, Trichy is directed to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.227 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
