The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the daughter of the petitioner has come back to the home and therefore, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.The daughter of the petitioner is present before this Court and she states that she has left one Karthik whom she married and now she joined with her parents for the past six days and she is a major, as per the birth certificate and she wants to be with the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission of the daughter of the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
