PRAYER: This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 1st respondent to not to harass the petitioner by pressurizing him to hand over the keys of 2nd respondent's home to the 2nd respondent pending disposal of the suit in O.S. No.2 of 2018, on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions submitted that based on a complaint given by the 2nd respondent the petitioner was called for enquiry and the complaint has been closed, by the 1st respondent.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
