O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been conducted and in the enquiry, it is found that the allegation against one Murugan alone was established and the First Information Report has been registered against the said Murugan in Crime No.66 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent police and insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned, no crime has been registered.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, as no further adjudication is required.
