ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner life and limb.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has purchased the vacant site compromised in Survey No.46/1 from the third respondent herein to an extent of 810 sq.ft at Sitthrevu Village, Kavalpatti Panchayath, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, vide Document No.2375 of 2017. When the petitioner put up the construction in the said land, the respondents 3 and 4 came there along with rowdy elements and not allowed the petitioner to put up the construction. Therefore, the entire issues are civil in nature and the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
