ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4, to ensure the execution of the modified sentence imposed by this Court upon the 5th respondent in Crl.R.C.No.265 of 2002 on 20.08.2003 by securing his custody within a reasonable time period fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the relief sought for by the petitioner herein, I am of the view that it is a fit case for giving a direction to the respondents 1 to 4, to secure the 5th respondent, as per the order of this Court in Crl.R.C.No.265 of 2002, dated 20.08.2003, as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
