The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.18999 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024.

2. Mr.R.Boopathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.18999 of 2024 on 06/12/2024 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K. Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since 10.12.2024 without any violation. He further submits that there are 19 previous cases pending against the the petitioner, out of which, 3 cases are disposed of.

4. Taking into consideration of the said fact that 16 previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.32 (b) imposed on the petitioner by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.18999 of 2024, dated 06/12/2024 as follows:

" The petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 am until further orders."

With the above modification, this petition is allowed. The other conditions shall hold good.
