ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the summon dated 20.10.2014 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the impugned summon dated 20.10.2014 on the file of the first respondent has already been closed and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
