The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner, dated 29.09.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 29.09.2015, but the first respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.373/2015 has been conducted and the same has been closed on 18.10.2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
