ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 8 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that with regard to the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.01.2022, no enquiry has been conducted so far.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2459 of 2022 3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. If enquiry is not conducted, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter-party and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
