4.Ramaniammal : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere into the existing civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.
2. Heard the submissions made on either side.
3. According to the petitioners, the fourth respondent has obtained a decree against the petitioners in O.S.No.16 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mudukulathur, against which, the first petitioner filed an appeal in A.S.No.116 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Mudukulathur, and the same is pending. Now, pending appeal, the fourth respondent filed a complaint against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioners before the second and third respondents, based on which, they are interfering with the civil rights of the petitioners and hence, the present petition has been filed.
4. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been enquired into and since it is a civil dispute, the fourth respondent herself was willing to withdraw the complaint, based on which, the complaint has been closed and he has also produced a copy of the report for perusal of this Court.
5. Considering the fact that already the complaint given by the fourth respondent was closed, this Court is of the view that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
