ORDER

These petitions have been filed for relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.23121 and 23091 of 2024 on 27.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.23121 and 23091 of 2024 on 27.12.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the conditions have been complied with for 27 days.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2/3

condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.23121 and 23091 of 2024 on 27.12.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court during every date of hearing without fail.
