ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.09.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.21 of 2015 under Sections 498(A), 494 and 406 I.P.C. by the third respondent Police.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
