This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.306 of 2014, dated 28.03.2014 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed, but yet to file the charge sheet.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
