This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the light of interference with the money dispute.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on a complaint given by one Venkatesh enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.44 of 2020and since it transpired that the dispute was regarding civil matter both parties were advised to approach the appropriate Forum and enquiry was closed.

4.It is made clear that the respondent shall not interfere with the civil dispute.
