Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petition mentioned vehicle appears to have involved in forest offence.

3. It appears that the petition mentioned vehicle has been produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to move the Court below and apply for release of the vehicle. On filing of such petition, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days thereafter.

5. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
