Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the respondent No.2 in Naka.No. 28/Mu Ka M/ K.u.A/ S & O/2021 dated 05.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for conduct public agitation on 16.02.2021 at 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM or any other date at near the Theppakulam, Munichalai, old corporation office east, Madurai District.
