ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Karur, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No.655 of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The petitioner is an accused for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side. The materials available on record were also perused. 4.Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Karur, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day, on merits, in connection with Crime No.655 of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
